Happy Birthday, Ubuntu!

Ubuntu is the belief in an universal bond of sharing that connects all humanity. It could also mean a Debian-based Linux distribution borne in October 2004. My first experience with this distribution was Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic Koala), and I was hooked since then. It might have been a different story if Fedora, my first experience in Linuxland, would have worked “out of the box” (it does now, but it’s hard to break the habit). The latest version of Ubuntu (with long-term support!) is available for download here.
